Liquidity Playbook is operated by Prosperity Labs, LLC, based in Oklahoma, United States. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Prosperity Labs, LLC.
Updated October 23, 2026. These terms apply to the website and purchases of the Liquidity Playbook moomoo kit. Please read them and our refund and delivery policy before paying.
What we offer
The Liquidity Playbook kit is a digital download: an original moomoo Algo strategy template, written rules and parameter documentation, installation and operating instructions, troubleshooting, AI setup prompts and backtest evidence. The price is USD $29, paid once. Any applicable taxes and the final total will be shown before payment. Delivery and final-sale terms are set out in our refund and delivery policy.
The kit requires a moomoo brokerage account and the moomoo desktop application, which are provided by Moomoo Financial Inc. and its affiliates under their own terms. We are not affiliated with moomoo beyond a customer referral arrangement, and we do not control moomoo’s features, availability, pricing, membership tiers or cloud-execution eligibility, which can change without notice.
Education and your decisions
The kit is educational software and documentation. It is not personalized investment, legal, or tax advice, and it does not promise income, returns, or a particular outcome. Backtests shown are hypothetical, use assumed fills and costs, and do not predict future results.
Trading stocks, ETFs and options can result in the loss of your entire investment; a purchased option can lose its full premium. Automated strategies can lose money quickly. As shipped, the template emits signals and places no orders. If you connect orders, enable cloud execution or trade options, you do so in your own account, at your own discretion and risk, and you are responsible for every order placed and for complying with your broker’s rules.
Using the website and kit
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or access another person’s account. Keep your sign-in links private and provide an email address you control.
Your kit license is personal and non-transferable. Unless the law permits it or we give written permission, you may not redistribute, resell, publicly upload, sublicense, or share the template, documentation or your download access with others. You may modify the template for your own use.
Third-party software, brokers and websites operate independently of us. Their availability, interfaces, and terms can change. A demonstration in the kit does not guarantee that a feature will be available to your account.
Your rights and questions
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Our final-sale policy remains subject to those rights.
