Refund & delivery policy

Liquidity Playbook is operated by Prosperity Labs, LLC, the seller of the moomoo kit. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Prosperity Labs, LLC.
All sales are final, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee or discretionary change-of-mind refunds.
Digital kit
The kit costs USD $29 as a one-time payment. It is delivered as a digital download after successful payment confirmation, using the email address supplied at checkout. Sign in with that address to download the files. There is no physical shipment.
Subject to your mandatory legal rights, we do not issue refunds because you change your mind, do not import or run the template, decide not to trade, are not eligible for a moomoo feature such as cloud execution, or do not achieve a trading result. The kit does not promise financial returns.
If your payment is confirmed but you cannot download the kit, contact us so we can investigate and restore access. This does not limit any remedy you are legally entitled to for non-delivery, faulty content, or content that is not as described.
Your statutory rights remain
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including applicable cancellation rights and remedies for faulty, misdescribed, or undelivered digital content. Mandatory protections in your jurisdiction take priority over this policy.
If EU, EEA, or UK distance-selling cancellation rules apply to your purchase, you generally have 14 days from entering the contract to withdraw, subject to applicable exceptions. We will not treat that right as waived simply because you paid or downloaded the kit. Any legally effective early-supply consent and acknowledgement must be obtained separately, and required confirmation provided.
To exercise a cancellation right, send a clear statement that you wish to cancel to the support address below before the applicable deadline. No particular wording is required. Please include your purchase email or order reference if available to help us locate the order.
Where a refund is due, it will be processed within the period required by applicable law and normally returned to the original payment method. This policy does not restrict your right to raise a payment dispute or seek other legal remedies.
